Frequently asked questions
What time should I arrive?
Please try to arrive on time, as arriving late may mean a reduction in your treatment time in consideration of our next client.
How do I make payment?
Payment can be made by either cash or cheque with
a valid cheque guarantee card, or by debit or credit card.
What if I have to cancel my appointment?
If you are unable to keep your appointment for any reason, we would kindly ask that you give us a minimum of 24 hours notice, without this unfortunately charges will be made.
Is After Care available?
We offer a range of luxury Thalgo, OPI and Wella hair products to take home. Please feel free to ask if you are unsure or would like some advice.
Can I purchase Gift Vouchers?
For that special occasion Brockles gift vouchers are available and can be purchased either in personor by telephone.
